Lily Frost

Lily Frost is a London-based creative copywriter and storyteller with a passion for culture, technology, and the stories that connect us. She is currently a copywriter at Tesco, based in Welwyn Garden City, where she shapes brand voice and customer communications for one of the UK’s most iconic retailers.

With six years of experience across agency and in-house roles, Frost previously worked as Midweight Creative at Rehab Agency, blending brand strategy with digital storytelling for global clients. A regular voice on the intersections of AI, culture, and identity, she brings curiosity and clarity to everything she writes.

Lily also calls herself a serial hobbyist. In the last few years alone, she’s tried surfing, bouldering, long-boarding, roller-skating, painting (for the first time since school), writing and performing poetry, learning and forgetting piano pieces, playing chess, and clocking more hours on Animal Crossing than she cares to admit.
