This principle sits at the core of my 25-year career, where I’ve helped countless strategic clients structure complex transformational initiatives across Strategy, Consulting, Technology, and Operations—not by showing what we have, but by asking what they need.This same principle guides my leadership style, where I listen, understand and learn what my team needs to flourish, instead of taking the top-down approach.Having lived in India, Japan, Luxembourg, the UK, the Netherlands, and now Singapore, I consider myself a global citizen—and doing my bit to better the world as a Boardroom Coach for a Diversity and Inclusion Program in the Netherlands, and now mentoring and coaching leaders across Asia-Pacific on a pro-bono basis.
