Begin by gathering all of your ingredients and ensure your avocado and banana are ripe. Peel the avocado and remove the stone, and peel the banana as well. Measure out your grade A maple syrup, natural peanut butter, and organic cacao powder, setting each aside.

Place the peeled avocado and banana into your Vitamix or any high-powered blender. Add in the tablespoon of grade A maple syrup, the tablespoon of peanut butter, and the two tablespoons of organic cacao powder.

Tip: If the ingredients take more time than expected to come together, turn off the power, scrape down the jug, secure the lid and begin to blend again.
